### Payment and Billing - Charges will appear on your bank statement as Kyah Development Corporation (KDC), our parent company. - Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Debit, and Cash. - Personal cheques are not accepted. ### Site Occupancy & Fees - Standard site occupancy includes 2 adults, 2 children, and 1 person with a disability, plus one vehicle and one camping unit. - Additional guests: $3 per person, per night. - Additional tents are permitted for $15 per tent, per night. ### Discounts & Promotions - Book 30 days or more in advance and receive 10% off. - Group bookings (6 or more sites) receive 10% off. - Stay 7 nights and save 10%. - Stay 30 nights and save 15%. - Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. ### Cancellations & Changes - We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or booking changes. - A 25% cancellation fee will apply if notice is not provided. ### Fishing Permits - Fishing permits are available through the campground office: - Campers: $10 per day - Non-campers: $15 per day - Weekly fishing permits receive a 10% discount. - Witset is located on traditional Laksilyu Territory. Fishing within Witset boundaries is reserved for Wet’suwet’en community members unless a permit is obtained. ### Amenities & Services **Picnic Shelter** - Exclusive use available for $75 per night. - A $200 refundable damage deposit is required and returned if the shelter is left clean and in good condition. **Recreational Equipment** - Equipment such as soccer balls, bocce sets, and badminton is available free of charge for campers. - Available on a first-come, first-served basis. - A $20 refundable deposit is required upon checkout of equipment. ### Laundry Facilities - Free use of energy-efficient front-load washers and dryers for campers only. - Washrooms & Showers - Two washroom buildings with free showers. - The washroom closest to the gate is fully accessible, including roll-in showers. ### Widzin Kwah Canyon House Museum - Open daily 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. - Admission is free by donation. - Staffed by professional Wet’suwet’en First Nation Cultural Guides. - Guided tours (45 minutes): - 10:00 AM & 2:00 PM daily - $15 per adult | $10 per senior - Group tours can be scheduled in advance. - The museum offers locally made First Nation art and crafts for purchase. ### Campground Rules & Guest Expectations **Check-In / Check-Out** - Check-In: 2:00 PM - Check-Out: 11:00 AM **Quiet Hours & Gate Closure** - 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM ### Noise - Sound carries easily during the summer months. - Please keep music at a respectful level at all times and turn off all music by 11:00 PM. ### Security - Witset PeaceKeepers conduct hourly patrols after hours. - The RV Park Manager is available by phone after hours (contact details provided at check-in). ### Pets - Pets are welcome but must not be left unattended. - Pets must be leashed at all times. - Please clean up after your pets; doggie bags are available at the office. ### Speed Limit - 10 km/h throughout the campground. - Please watch for children and guests using wheelchairs. - Speed limits are strictly enforced. ### Garbage & Recycling - Garbage bins and a Recycling Station are available on site. - Please leave your site as you found it and recycle whenever possible. - Electrical Disclaimer - Guests are responsible for having 30-amp to 50-amp or 50-amp to 30-amp adapters, if required. - Adapters are available for purchase at the office. - Firewood - Firewood is available for purchase: - $7 per bundle - $20 for 3 bundles ### Alcohol - Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted at your campsite. - Excessive drinking or partying is not permitted.
