City of Lloydminster Weaver Park Campground Terms & Conditions All rules and regulations are outlined in the City of Lloydminster Campground Policy 720-04 (https://www.lloydminster.ca/media/vbgc2zbk/campground-policy.pdf), which serves as the official document governing campground operations. 1. Campground Season - Open from May 1 to October 31. - May close temporarily due to weather or other conditions. - All camping units must be removed by 12:00 PM on October 31. 2. Campsite Use - Only designated campsites may be used for camping. - Maximum of one (1) camping unit with wheels per campsite. - One (1) additional tent permitted per site. - One (1) vehicle is allowed per campsite. - Campsites must be kept clean; improper disposal of waste is prohibited. - No alterations, such as fencing, gardens, or decks, allowed. 3. Booking & Reservations - Bookings are available online starting February 1 and are subject to availability. - Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM. - Extensions must be requested before 10:00 AM on the check-out day. - The Campground may reassign campsites as needed. 4. Cancellations & Refunds - Regular bookings: 7+ days’ notice for full refund (minus $10 processing fee). Less than 7 days: one-night charge applies. - Long weekend bookings: 60+ days’ notice for a refund (minus $10 processing fee); no refunds for less than 60 days’ notice. 5. Visitors - Maximum of four (4) visitors per campsite. - Visiting hours: 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM. - Campers are responsible for their visitors’ behavior. 6. Pets - Must be registered at check-in. - Must be on a leash no longer than 2 meters. - No excessive barking: aggressive pets must be removed immediately. 7. Alcohol & Cannabis - Permitted only within registered campsites. - Not allowed in public areas. 8. Utilities & Garbage - Water use is limited to 150L per fee charged. - No washing of vehicles/equipment. - Campers must dispose of garbage in designated bins; no dumping of hazardous materials. 9. Picnic Shelter & Washrooms - Washrooms for registered campers only. - Picnic shelter must be pre-booked; limited to 50 people. - Users must clean up after their event. 10. General Rules - Speed limit: 15 km/h. - No ATVs, golf carts, or refueling of vehicles. - Campfires are allowed only in designated pits with locally purchased wood. - Quiet hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM. - Respectful behavior required; no threats or excessive noise. - City is not responsible for loss, damage, or injuries. 11. Penalties - Campsite left unclean: $50 fee. - Picnic shelter left unclean: $100 fee. - Violation of rules may result in removal from the campground.
