## Terms & Conditions 1. Check in time is 1:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00AM. 2. Persons must be at least 19 years of age to reserve and/or occupy a site. 3. Full payment is required at the time of placing a reservation regardless of the length of the stay. Master Card or VISA credit cards are accepted. 4. Campers will be able to reserve only 1 site per online session. 5. Camping season is May 1 to September 30, weather permitting. **6. All vehicles entering the park must display an appropriate park pass. These can be purchased at time of arrival.** • Day Pass $10.00 • Weekend Pass (Fri, Sat, Sun) $25.00 • Season Pass $60.00 (valid for entry to any Regional Park in Saskatchewan) ## Reservation Cancellations & Refunds Refunds for cancellations will be granted if the required notice is given, except for long weekends. No refunds will be granted for cancellation of bookings on long weekends. The notice period is considered to be that period of time IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO CHECK IN TIME (1:00 PM) on your scheduled arrival date as follows: 100% refund if 2 days notice PRIOR TO CHECK IN when length of stay is less than 1 week 100% refund if 7 days notice PRIOR TO CHECK IN when length of stay is 1 week or more **NEW** 75% refund if 30 days notice PRIOR TO CHECK IN when length of stay is 1 month or more. Refunds are not granted for an eviction, vacating your site early, inclement weather, wildlife, insects, quality of lake water, air quality, fire bans, car troubles or getting lost on your way to the Park. If you are going to be arriving late, it is your responsibility to advise the Park Office of such. (306) 825-2092. No refunds will be granted for cancellation of bookings on long weekends. ## Park & Campground Rules & Regulations 1. Every vehicle that enters the park must have a Regional Park Day Pass or Season Sticker. That pass must be displayed in clear view for park attendants to see 2. Every boat or personal watercraft that enters the park must have a Regional Park Day Pass or Boat Launch Season Sticker and be registered with the park office. Proof of Pleasure Craft Operator Card required. Canoes & kayaks are exempt. 3. All campers are required to check in upon arrival. Please pull over at the Park Gate and proceed into the office with your receipt and drivers license. Arrivals that occur after office hours should proceed to their site. Campers arriving after hours are requested to visit the Park Office to check in as soon as possible the very next morning after their arrival. 4. Pets: We welcome our four-legged friends; however, we do aim to make every visitor’s experience as enjoyable as possible. Therefore, we do maintain the following regulations: • Pets are limited to 2 per campsite and must remain on leash, in a kennel, or in your camping unit at all times. • Pets are never allowed at large around the Park. • Pets are not allowed in the playground areas, on any beach around the lake or on the golf course. • Please clean up after your pet. • Noisy or aggressive pets will be required to be removed permanently from the park. This is at the discretion of any authorized Park Personnel. 5. Open fires are not allowed. Fires must be contained in the fire pits provided or in an approved apparatus. By approved, we mean Sandy Beach Regional Park approved 6. Fire bans. Sandy Beach Regional Park reserves the right to place fire bans on the entirety of the park with no notice whatsoever. 7. Due to shallow underground water lines there will be no installing of anchors in ground. (ie Tent pegs, awning anchors, outdoor carpet anchors, leash anchors) They are allowed in tenting area only. Therefore, there are no tents allowed in the RV sites. Any damage to water lines due to not following this rule will be repaired at the expense of the camper. 8. Sandy Beach Regional Park takes no responsibility for the safety of your camping supplies and various belongings. Please ensure that your belongings are properly secured when they are not under your immediate supervision. 9. Water craft are not allowed in the swimming area. 10. Fishing is not allowed off-shore at the Main Beach. 11. Golf carts and ATVs are permissible for transportation around the park. They must remain on designated roadways only. The operator must be in possession of a valid driver’s license. Golf cart and ATV operators must obey the rules of the road, the same as apply to any vehicle. This will involve RCMP enforcement if necessary. 12. Open liquor and use of cannabis is prohibited in all public areas. Liquor and cannabis is permitted at your campsite only. Violation will involve RCMP enforcement if necessary. 13. An alcohol and cannabis ban will be in effect for the May long weekend. 14. Vandalism, rowdiness or verbal abuse will not be tolerated on the Park premises. This will involve RCMP enforcement if necessary and will result in eviction from the Park. 15. Refunds are not granted for an eviction, vacating your site early, inclement weather, wildlife, insects, quality of lake water, air quality, fire bans. 16. Sandy Beach Regional Park reserves the right to refuse service or to evict customers who do not follow the rules and regulations of Sandy Beach Regional Park. 17. Water, sewer and power will be available to all sites from May 1 to September 30 weather permitting Sandy Beach Regional Park Authority reserves the right to add and/or amend rates, rules, regulations, terms & conditions.

Our wait list is rather large, but if you would like to be included on the wait list, please email your full name and phone number to [email protected] to be included on the list. SECURITY GATES - Any Campers requiring after hour park access please call 306-825-2092 prior to your check in date so we can activate your access. ***PRIOR TO BOOKING, please review the NEW updated RULES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS POLICY before you check out on the check out page.
