Heritage RV Park – Rules, Terms & Conditions Welcome to Heritage RV Park! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please review and respect the following rules and policies. ✅ General Guidelines Check-in: After 1300 PM Check-out: By 2:00 AM if the RV Park is full. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Maximum Site Width: 15 ft 🔥 Fires Fires are allowed only in designated fire pits. Fires are not permitted during fire bans issued by RM of Frenchman Butte No. 501. Guests are responsible for confirming current fire conditions. 🐾 Pets Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times within the RV Park. Owners must clean up after their pets promptly. Aggressive or noisy animals may be asked to leave. 🚫 Prohibited No washing of RVs or vehicles on-site. No large rugs or mats that cover the grass. Alcohol must remain within your own campsite. No loud music or disruptive behavior at any time. 🛠️ Site Use & Responsibility Guests are responsible for any damages caused by themselves, their pets, or their visitors. Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times. Keep your campsite clean and dispose of garbage properly. Heritage RV Park and the Frenchman Butte Museum Society are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. ❌ Cancellations & Refunds Full refund (minus processing fees) if cancelled more than 7 days before arrival. No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, early departures, or weather-related changes. ⚠️ Liability Disclaimer Guests use the RV Park at their own risk. Neither Heritage RV Park nor the Frenchman Butte Museum Society is responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring during your stay. If you need assistance, please visit the Log Cabin Tea House during operating hours. Thank you for respecting our park and helping keep it welcoming for all visitors.
