If you need to do laundry, you can report this to reception, and the laundry will be done for you for NOK 50. Undredal stave church and goat's cheese While strolling through the village, you must visit the old Undredal stave church, the smallest church in Northern Europe. Undredal is also best known for its goat cheese. Not surprising, of course, because the village has no fewer than 400 goats. In a number of places in the village you can taste (and buy) the "brown" goat's cheese and see how this traditional cheese is made and matured. Very nice!
