You can start many trips right from the door, and for fishing enthusiasts there are several good waters and rivers nearby with high-quality trout. A short walk away you will also find Anestølen – a living summer sheepfold where over 500 goats graze freely in the mountains. Here you can see real sheepfold life and a traditional goat farm. On the farm right next to Uteplassen you can buy locally produced cheese. Comfortable accommodation in the middle of nature At Uteplassen we offer accommodation that is suitable for both small and large groups. We have 7 modern cabins of a good standard, each with 2 or 3 double bedrooms - perfect for families or groups of friends. In addition, we have 3 simple and cozy log cabins, also with 2 or 3 double bedrooms. All units with bathroom and toilet. For those traveling with a camper or tent, we have a spacious campsite with good facilities. Here you will find a toilet and shower, kitchen, laundry room and power outlets on most pitches. We have space for 30 campers/family tents in addition to smaller tents. We have 4 pitches with fixed cover, the rest of the pitches are grass-covered. We do not have options for selling groceries, so it is recommended that you bring this with you. At the campsite there is a pleasant gazebo with seating and barbecues for up to 15 people - perfect for social evenings under the open sky.
