About this campground
Sataslåtten camping can be found 4 km east of the center of Ål. There are good fishing opportunities here and the Hallingdal bike trail passes close by. There are 15 cabins with a total of 64 beds. Large space for caravans and tents. We emphasize that everyone should have plenty of space around them, so that you can enjoy peace and quiet. There is no WI-FI on the site. We believe that with us you should have time to chat together, walk barefoot on the grass, read a book, yes or just relax. With a place right by the Hallingdalselva, there are naturally many fishermen who come to us. For many, it has been this way for generations.

It is also possible to swim in the river, and there are several nice bathing spots within walking or cycling distance. The hiking and cycling opportunities are endless, and if you are a climbing enthusiast, there is a larger bouldering area nearby. Our service facility is clean and usable with WC, shower, kitchen and washing facilities. We also have a small playground with trampolines and swing stands. In our kiosk you can get an ice cream and have a nice chat. We have brochure material and good knowledge of activities in the local area and surroundings.
