Syndinstøga is located on Syndin in Vestre Slidre in an idyllic støl and cabin area a few kilometers up the hill west of Ryfoss in Vang i Valdres. The area has long traditions of stilt farming, and is rich in varied nature, water, mountains and hiking trails. Ola and Minda Horge built a new støl in 1963.
