Sand Bay Family Campground β Park Rules & Regulations β¨ Please take a moment to read our Rules and Regulations before staying with us. We are a family-centered campground. Use of the campground and its equipment and facilities is solely at your own risk. Sand Bay Family Campground is not responsible for any stolen or damaged property. π The campground reserves the right to ask any camper to leave the property and terminate the reservation and the License to Occupy for non-compliance with the rules stated below with no refund. Rules are subject to change without notice and at the discretion of management. π We appreciate your cooperation to ensure a safe and fun camping experience for all! π Rule #1 β RESPECT This is a seasonal RV park, and everyone is here to enjoy themselves. Please be respectful and considerate of your neighbors and fellow campers. πΆ Music is for your own ears only β no one else should hear it. π Treat others the way youβd like to be treated. π‘ Use of Park Facilities π Seasonal Use: Seasonal trailers may only be occupied from May 15th β October 12th (weather dependent). They are not mobile homes and cannot be used as a permanent residence. π« No entry in the off-season without prior permission. π A copy of up-to-date trailer and liability insurance is required for Seasonal Campers β Failure to provide insurance will result in termination of the License of Occupancy for seasonal Campers. π« Trailers older than 10 years are not permitted to be sold (unless approved). β No subletting. Only registered occupants may use the site. π₯ All trailers must have fire extinguishers and proper smoke detectors. π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦ All sites allow 2 adults + children under 18. All other adults are considered guests and must be registered and paid in advance. β±οΈ Check-In & Check-Out ποΈ All visitors must register with the managers. β’ π Campsite Check-in: 4 PM β 7 PM PM (No check-ins after 7:00 PM unless pre-arranged) β’ π Cottage Check-in: 4 PM β 7 PM (No check-ins after 7:00 PM unless pre-arranged) β’ πͺ Campsite Check-out: 11 AM β’ πͺ Cottage Check-out: 10 AM π° Late departures may incur charges. πΆ Pet Policy Pets are welcome if these rules are followed: β’ π Always on a short leash & under control β’ πΆ No excessive barking or disturbances β’ π‘ Never leave pets unattended β’ π© Clean up after your dog β’ π« Pets are not allowed on the beach or in buildings (only dog swim area) π General Rules β’ π Quiet time: 11 PM β 8 AM β’ π Keep voices and music to your own campsite only β’ π Speed Limit: 8 km/h β strictly enforced β’ ποΈ Garbage: Clear bags only; recycle properly; no non-kitchen waste in the bins β $75 fine if violated β’ π« No fireworks or firearms β’ π» Alcohol: Allowed only at your campsite; no glass when visiting other sites β’ π€¬ No rude, drunk, or disruptive behavior β’ π No cigarette butts or garbage on the ground β’ ποΈ Tents only in designated areas β not allowed on seasonal trailer sites β’ π₯ Fires must be fully extinguished before leaving or sleeping β’ π΄ββοΈ Helmets encouraged for biking, skateboarding, or ATV use β’ ποΈ Beach is unsupervised β swim at your own risk during daylight β’ π Parking must be on your own site only β no parking on beach or empty sites β’ β‘ Hydro meters must not be tampered with β’ π Follow License of Occupancy for cannabis, tobacco & alcohol rules β’ πͺ΅ No outside firewood β purchase on-site only β’ βΊ Tents allowed only on designated tent sites and not allowed on seasonal sites. For overnight campers only one tent per site. π₯ Visitors All campers are responsible for their guests. β’ β Visitors must be approved, registered, and paid before arriving β’ β No surprise guests allowed ποΈ Beach Rules β’ π« No motorized vehicles on the beach β’ β΅ No parking boats, trailers, or seadoos on the beach β’ πΆ Dogs can swim only in the designated area π½ Sewage & Washrooms β’ π§ Sewage hoses must be sealed at the drain β’ π§ Use biodegradable holding tank chemicals (no formaldehyde or chlorine) β’ π« No flushing of wipes, pads, diapers, etc. β’ π§» Use single-ply toilet paper only πΊ Golf Carts & ATVs β’ π§ Must be 18+ with valid G license to drive a golf cart (or with adult supervision) β’ π§ Must be 16+ to drive ATV (or with adult supervision) β’ π No driving before dawn or after sunset β’ π Speed limit: 8 km/h β’ π« No driving under influence or with open alcohol π³ Trees & Shrubs π± Do not cut or remove trees or plants without permission. Respect nature! π§± Site Improvements π‘ Seasonal trailers and sites must be well-maintained. β’ βοΈ Written permission is required before building decks, roofs, sunrooms, etc. β’ π« No fences unless previously grandfathered in β’ π² Patios or stones are property of the park once installed β’ π Restore your site to original condition when vacating π» Trailer Sales β’ π« No sales without management consent β’ π° 10% transfer fee applies β’ π² $600 + HST for campground-listed trailers β’ π« No βFor Saleβ signs allowed β’ π« No trailers over 10 years old unless approved β’ β Discuss trailer purchases with management beforehand π€ Dock Bookings If you are booking a dock slip, by continuing, you acknowledge that: - The dock assigned must match your full boat length - No substitutions or refunds will be provided for incorrect information π Agreement Please sign below to confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to follow all campground rules and regulations.
