About this campground

Hello and welcome! Moose Inn is a tiny cabin farm stay that includes private lake, river and nature. Moose Inn sleeps 2 people comfortably (2 twins beds) and a third person could sleep on a cot (for an extra charge, please). Inside this cozy stay, you’ll find a loveseat, table with 2 chairs, and an electric fireplace to keep you warm while the snow falls outside. Charlie Jo barn is a few feet from Moose Inn, which comes with a toilet, vanity, hot shower, and kitchen complete with bar fridge, toaster, kettle, electric griddle, and sink. Barn animals! We have plenty of cuteness to admire such as baby goats! Pick your own fresh eggs, walk the elusive alpacas, mini donkeys, mini horse, goats and baby kids, peacocks, and Silkie hens.

There are plenty of things to do, even in the cold months. We have a special lake for kayaking, canoeing and fishing! Miles and miles of hiking trails, cross country skiing in the winter, hiking and snowshoeing! It’s an incredible winter get-away of adventure at Moose Inn! In the springtime, join us to boil maple sap and make organic MOOSETRACKS maple syrup in the famous circa 1885 sugar shack! That’s true Canadian heritage at its finest, eh! And, a camping trip is incomplete without a campfire, so we complete your camping stay with a campfire pit provided next to tiny cabin for all your star gazing and s’mores delight! Speaking of food, we also provide a propane BBQ and picnic table so you can camp but glamp at the same time. Only minutes from the famous Algonquin Park, Ontario, Canada, the fall colours are dazzling, the history is rich, and the adventure is for your to discover. Please book through Campertunity to ensure you are protected by the Terms of Use. Thanks, and we’ll see you at the Moose Inn!
