About this campground
Saltkjelsnes camping is located in scenic surroundings on a peninsula in the Rødvenfjord. There are great opportunities for various types of outdoor activities, and the location is centrally located for a number of excursions to some of the country's biggest tourist attractions. The campsite is idyllically located by the well-known "straumen" which flows with great force, back and forth just outside the campsite. There are great fishing opportunities and beautiful scenery here. A perfect starting point for trips in the scenic Romsdalen.
