About this campground
Eide Camping is located in fantastic surroundings by Eidsvatnet, just before you drive into the Geirangerfjorden World Heritage Area, on Fv. 63 between Trollstigen and Geiranger. Eide Camping has rental cabins with 4-8 beds, with all facilities; shower, toilet and fully equipped kitchen. A stone's throw from the cabins, rowing boats can be rented out, which can be used for trout fishing in the fish-rich Eidsvatnet. The area also has a variety of marked hiking trails that suit everything from exercisers to experienced mountain climbers. There is also the opportunity to buy a fishing license for the surrounding mountain lakes. If you want to enjoy nature from the car window, Ørnevegen down towards Geiranger is a great alternative - only 15 minutes' drive. If you travel the opposite way, you will find Trollstigen, only 35 km away. Welcome to Eide Camping!
