Mannville RV Park and Campground Rules, Terms & Conditions By making a reservation (online, phone, email, or otherwise), you agree to these terms, which may change without notice. Guests are responsible for reviewing any updates to the Terms & Conditions. Campgrounds do not fall under the Landlord and Tenancy Act. Agreement to Park Rules Registered guests, and invited guests must follow all park rules posted at www.mannvillervpark.com or communicated by management. Please acknowledge that you have read and understand the emergency procedures available online. Cancellation Policy *Seasonal Site: No refund *14+ days before arrival: Full refund minus $25 cancellation fee. *3–13 days before arrival: 50% refund. *Less than 72 hours: No refund. *Refunds for wildfires and air quality issues apply only if the campground is under a government evacuation order. Check-In & Check-Out: 3:00 PM | Check-Out: 11:00 AM Leave sites as found; charges apply for damages or excessive waste. **Fees & Payments **Full payment required before or at check-in. All reservations include a booking fee, GST and subject to change without notice. Late fees: $20/day; non-payment after 30 days incurs maximum allowable fees per provincial law. Daily, weekly and monthly site fees include power, water, sewer and small household garbage disposal. Firewood, showers, and laundry facilities are available for a small fee. Liability Waiver Agree to hold harmless and indemnify the campground management or corporation for any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from your personal actions or guests. Guests assume all risks associated with camping and activities. 2638610 Alberta Inc. dba Lamont RV Park and Campground is not liable for injuries, death, property loss, or damage that may occur while on the premises. Monthly/Long term guests are required to obtain at least one million dollars in liability insurance and provide proof via email: [email protected]., or in person. Please note that the use of small electric heaters is descretionary, as our campground is operating at maximum electrical capacity. Please note it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure this documentation is submitted as we do not follow up to obtain paperwork. Site & Park Rules Site & Park Rules: Speed Limit: <15km/h • Site Limits: One RV, one tent, and up to two vehicles per site. • Keep vehicles off the grass. Visitor parking available. Storage available on request. • Site Maintenance: No clutter, clotheslines, or outside garbage. • Garbage: Only small household waste; take large items to the landfill. • Waste Disposal: Properly dispose of black and grey water. Keep Gate valves closed except when dumping. (No Exceptions-may cause lines to freeze in winter) Try to maintain an airtight connection. • Water Hookup: Need a pressure regulator. Water fill-ups in winter are to be filled, unhooked and hydrant closed • Vehicles: No washing or repairs on-site. Exceptions to be discussed with management. • Off-Road Vehicles: ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles are prohibited. • Fences: Max height 3 feet. No in-ground stakes. Discuss concerns with management. • Pets: Pets must be leashed, vaccinated, cleaned up after (note a fee may be charged for pet waste is left behind) and never leave pet unattended. No aggressive breeds allowed. Owners are fully responsible for their pets and any incidents. The campground is not liable. Failure to follow these rules may result in removal without refund. • Wildlife: Do not feed wildlife or approach neighboring livestock (including cows). For your safety, always keep a safe distance. Visitors do so at their own risk. • Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in food zones, playgrounds, or rental units. • Facilities: Our washrooms and showers are a courtesy for guests. Campers are responsible for having a working bathroom in their RV. Please use shared facilities with respect. Keep showers and laundry area clean. No boots or greasy clothes in washers. No smoking or vaping indoors. • Playground Equipment: Children must be supervised. Playground weight limit: 80 lbs. • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No loud music at any time • Generators: Allowed 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Not permitted at powered sites unless for medical needs. • Alcohol & Cannabis: Only allowed at your campsite — not in public areas. Selling or sharing illegal drugs is strictly prohibited-immediate ejection • Behavior: No excessive alcohol/drug use, profanity, vandalism, or littering—violators will be removed. • Campfires: Allowed in provided rings or propane pits (if no fire ban). No bonfires. Fully extinguish fires. • RVs/Trailers (15+ years old): Must be approved by management. Derelict units not allowed. • Skirting: Temporary insulation allowed but must be tidy and removed by May 1, each year. Windows and slides must remain operational. • Heating Appliances/Air Conditioning: Products must be used according to the manufacturers instructions to ensure safety. Refrain from using unapproved heating devices; air conditioners must be turned off if your trailer is not occupied for an extended period (gone to work) being mindful of your neighboring campers. Contact management if you have any questions. • Safety: Please ensure your smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are present and in working order. • Amazon Packages & Courier: Allowed (must include registered name). $2 per pickup. Letter mail is prohibited. Force Majeure The campground is not liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for yourself, guests, and actions while camping at this facility. This includes all issues, whether foreseeable or unforeseen, or arise regardless of documentation.
