Campground Rules and Regulations 1. Check‑In and Check‑Out - Check‑in time is 4 p.m. - Check‑out time is 12 p.m. - Early check‑in or late check‑out may be permitted at the discretion of the County or its Campground Contractor. 2. Campsite Maintenance - Campers must keep their campsite clean and free of litter. - Garbage must be placed in designated bins. - Campers are responsible for maintaining their campsite in a tidy condition throughout their stay. - Greywater and sewage must be disposed of only at designated dump stations. 3. Vehicles and Parking - Vehicles must be parked only in designated areas or within the assigned campsite if space permits. - Additional vehicles may be subject to an additional fee or may be required to park in overflow areas. - Operation of off‑highway vehicles within the campground is permitted only in accordance with posted rules or staff direction. 4. Visitors - Visitors must register with Campground staff if required. - Campers are responsible for the conduct of their visitors. 5. Campfires - Campfires are permitted only in designated fire pits. - Campers must comply with all fire bans, restrictions, and directions from Campground staff. - Firewood may only be obtained from approved sources. - Campfires must be fully extinguished before leaving the campsite or retiring for the night. 6. Pets - Pets must be under control at all times and must not be left unattended. - Pet waste must be cleaned up immediately. - Pets must not disturb other campers. - Additional pet‑related restrictions may be posted at the campground. 7. Noise and Conduct - Campers must be respectful of neighbouring sites. - Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, or conduct that interferes with the enjoyment of others is not permitted. - Campground staff may intervene if noise or conduct becomes disruptive. 8. Use of Facilities - Campers must follow posted rules for washrooms, showers, playgrounds, and other amenities. - Children must be supervised in common areas. - Facilities may be closed or restricted at the discretion of the County. 9. Storage and Personal Property - Items must be stored within the boundaries of the assigned campsite. - Campsites must not be used for long‑term storage. - The County is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. 10. Improvements and Structures - No improvements, decks, sheds, fences, or structures may be installed without prior written approval from the County. - Any approved improvements must be removed at the end of the Permit term unless otherwise authorized. - Unauthorized improvements may be removed by the County at the Camper’s expense. 11. Prohibited Activities - Dumping greywater or sewage except in designated locations. - Cutting, removing, or damaging trees or vegetation. - Using fireworks unless expressly authorized by the County. - Leaving food or attractants unsecured. - Any activity that creates a safety hazard or interferes with campground operations. 12. Compliance with Staff Directions - Campers must comply with all reasonable directions from Campground staff, Park Attendants, and Peace Officers. - Failure to comply may result in action under the Bylaw, including cancellation of the Permit.
