It is a testament to the management and quality of the park that many residents have been on the park since the early days or even before it was bought. Allerton Park was purchased by David and Christine in 1996 and again has been developed extensively to modern standards, including the addition of holiday lodges for sale and hire.We hope you enjoy your holiday with us!We have a fleet of seven holiday homes on the park all situated on our own private inland island next to the River Derwent. Several of our holiday homes are in water front locations.We have just recently completed our new holiday apartment on site. These pitches mostly have water, electric and waste available next to them, and so you are able to pipe your tourer in to our services. Awnings can be put up and left for most of the year as the pitches are hardstanding. 2014 Annual site rent (electric metered separately) £1,613.00CONDITIONS1. We cannot accept bookings from teenage parties or all male or female parties under the age of 25.2. Pitches are available from 2pm, and must be vacated by 12.00pm.3. Late arrivals after 7pm, please contact us in advance.3. Commercial vehicles are not permitted on the park without prior arrangement.4. Site rules applicable and will be given during booking in.
