Strathmore Stampede

Welcome to the 2026 Strathmore Stampede! Our Stampede is rich in tradition of rodeo and chuckwagon racing. As well as being the 3rd largest CPRA sanctioned event in Canada, our Stampede also provides many other forms of entertainment including our family friendly Heritage Towne and Indoor Western Market, Running with the Bulls, which is one of a kind outside of Pamplona, Spain and back is our Strathmore Stampede Friday Night Round Up with Chayce Beckham. Please note: • All reserved campsites have NO services. • Actual placement of sites may vary from what is displayed on the map(s) and is subject to change without notice. • Sewage dump is FREE on Monday ONLY at the dump station located at the entrance of our permanent campground. • Please be advised that 1 vehicle per site will be permitted. • Generators are permitted; however, Management reserves all rights to shut down the use of a generator if it is disturbing other campers. Please be respectful of others. • No Open fires are permitted in the Stampede Camping area, outside of the regular year round campground and that area is subject to the Town of Strathmore Fire Ban policy. • Propane Fire Bowls may be permitted at the discretion of the Strathmore & District Agricultural Society. • Propane BBQ’s are permitted. • Identification will be required for each site booked. Acceptable ID are Driver’s Licence, Passport or government issued identification with a picture. Enclosed in your welcome package you will find the following: • An RV Parking Pass – THIS PASS MUST BE VISIBLE FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY on your vehicle – this pass will indicate your campsite number. (please be advised that to replace this pass there will be a $5.00 charge). • A Map - with your campsite highlighted. (Please note that campsite numbers have been streamlined). • Your Customer Receipt – will have been emailed to you when you booked your site. The main office will be closed July 31 – August 3, 2026 inclusive and phone line will not be monitored. During the period of July 31 – August 3, 2026, we kindly ask you please call our campground manager Avery at 403-325-0794 We and contracted Security will also be making rounds throughout the campground in a golf cart in the mornings and evenings, please contact us with any questions or concerns you have. During the rodeo or chuckwagons all tickets can be purchased on our Stampede grounds at the Admissions building.
