About this campground
This is a simple unpaved parking lot next to the larger parking lot of Canadian Tire. It is opposite Triangle RV which offers (for a fee) a dump station, a washing station for campers, propane and motorhome parts and services.m. There are no restrictions on this unpaved lot, but there are no amenities (no toilets). It is very quiet at night (almost no traffic after 22.30 am to the first morning ferry from the mainland). You can hear the frogs of the wetlands nearby! It is well lit and perfectly safe. We have slept here many nights (together with another camper that we do not know) and have never had any problems yet. No place to pull your chairs out and picnick. But fine for the night.
