The rental can accommodate up to four guests and comes with a queen-size bed and a double futon couch. The kitchenette comes equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a toaster oven, an induction cooktop, a double hot plate, a rice cooker, a coffee grinder, a coffeemaker, and a blender. There is also a Multipure water filter and all essential cooking utensils. Guests can dine either inside or outside at one of the two dining tables. The lounge area comes with a couch, a Smart TV with cable, Netflix, Pandora, Streaming, and a DVD player.
