The living room provides a spacious area for guests to stretch out on the floor or curl up on the queen-sized futon sleeper sofa while watching a movie on the flat-screen television that sits catty-corner to two windows overlooking the water. A wooden writing desk rests against the wall, should guests need a place to write postcards describing the fantastic sights and sounds of Hawaii. Next to the desk, a sliding glass door opens out to the upstairs porch that overlooks the black sand terrain and out across the blue-green water, and hosts one round high-top table with four chairs sidled up next to it, and a clean grill for whipping up gourmet meals while admiring the sunset in the evenings or whales breaching during the day. The view from the porch is unbeatable, especially when combined with delicious food and impeccable company. Just off the living room, visitors will find the beautiful fully equipped kitchen that sports brand new wood cabinets, shiny stainless steel appliances like a double door refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, a stove, and a microwave, along with a toaster, a coffee maker, cutlery, and a few pantry items to help guests settle into their new beachfront home away from home. A large window above the sink opens up to let fresh ocean air flow through the bungalow, and a breakfast nook in the kitchen fosters a great environment for guests to prepare a meal and then sit down to enjoy it together. The kitchen also has a water cooler for guests to fill up their bottles and stay hydrating before hiking the sandy shores or swimming out into the salty sea. Along with the half-bathroom downstairs, guests will find an outdoor shower, hidden by two walls of privacy bamboo, so that guests may rinse sand off with ease. The ground level of the house also features space for guests to park their car under the cover of the house, with enough extra room beside it to house a small table with two chairs for relaxing closer to the sand before heading inside for the day. Facilities at the newly constructed bungalow include a barbecue grill on the deck outside, for grilling delicious foods with a great view, and plenty of parking around the quiet property. Linens and towels are provided, and the rental has a washer/dryer for guests to tend to their laundry needs. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the bungalow.
