Off-Grid Coastal Overlook Farm

This eight-acre property sits at 2,000 feet elevation on the Hamakua Coast, offering sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and a peaceful retreat about twenty miles north of Hilo. The off-grid setting provides a genuine escape from conventional amenities, though water is typically available from the property's catchment system for guest use. The location works exceptionally well for van campers and smaller RVs, with easy access via the county road and manageable driveway descent. Guests seeking additional conveniences will find a small park located just two miles down the road, complete with bathroom facilities, a covered pavilion, and electric power for those needing supplementary hookups.
