New Old Town Cottages & RV Park

**Booking** Payment is required in full at time of Booking/Check-In. Please note we do not take credit cards for phone bookings, we only accept Interac e-Transfer for phone bookings for Initial payment. You are most welcome to pay by any other means at check in. Your booking is not confirmed without either a full payment or $300 deposit. All monthly rate plans have **28 days (4 weeks)**. Weekly and monthly rates are **non-prorated**. Power rate is $0.27/kW for all Monthly/Weekly RV Sites. **Please choose your rate plan thoughtfully**. Once checked in there are **NO REFUNDS** for early departures,evictions or Inclement weather. Pre occupied Cottages/Sites are **Non-transferable** Check-In is between 2-8 PM. Check out is at 11 am. For after hours, please give us a call and we may be able to accommodate you. For RV sites, only one camp unit is allowed. For tent sites, only one tent is allowed (Max 2 adults, 2 children). Campsites at New Old Town Cottages & RV Park vary in size, please see our campsite list for the allowable camp unit sizes per site. $300 **deposit **is required at check-In for all Weekly and Monthly RV sites or Cottages.( Will be refunded/adjusted at check-out **ONLY** We will note your site preference and will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we CANNOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC SITES/CABINS for short term stays. Groups of 2 or more RV's will be kept as close together as possible. ​**Cancellations** Guaranteed reservations at New Old Town Cottages & RV Park must be cancelled 48 hours prior to check in time, (e.g. If a site is booked for August 20th, it must be cancelled by August 18th before 2 pm) to avoid cancellation penalties. If you do not cancel your reservation as per the cancellation policy, a 1-night penalty will be applied. For long weekends & long term bookings, reservations must be canceled or modified 7 days prior to check in time and date to avoid cancellation penalties.**If the long term reservations are NOT cancelled or modified 7 days prior to check-In date your initial deposit will be FORFEITED to make up for the potential lost bookings.** **Refunds** If cancelled within the cancelation period, a refund **minus** Booking fees and 6% Processing fees will be issued. Please choose your rate plan thoughtfully. Once checked in there are **NO REFUNDS** for early departures,evictions or Inclement weather. **Notice to Guests** This property is privately owned and management reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guest of any kind. The guest agrees to READ & COMPLY with campgrounds rule & regulations. New Old Town Cottages & RV Park is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damage to the property(due to lawn mowing or snow removals). It is the registered campers and camper's guests responsibility to have insurance for their belongings, and personal equipment. Any damage due to nature, windstorm, rain, hail, or any “act of nature” is the responsibility of the registered campers and their guests. ​**Noise** Quite hours are from 10pm to 7am. No exceptions, no generator after 8pm. Please remind children to play in common areas. Children are not to play in occupied or unoccupied campsites. Please respect other campers enjoyment to peace and keep noise to a minimum when adjacent campsites. ​**Alcohol** Alcohol is to be consumed in the registered camper’s campsite only. Visitors vehicles are not permitted in a campsites. Visitors must leave by 10pm, only registers campers are permitted past 10pm. Registered campers are fully responsible for all guests. If your guest breaks the rules, you may be evicted with no refund. ​**Campfires** Campfires permitted only in designated campsites. Fires must be 0.5 meters tall and 0.5 meters wide. Campfires are not permitted in any campsite during Provincial Fire Bans or under the direction of the Fire Chief. Unattended campfires may be subject to a AB Provincial fine. During a campfire ban, the use of a CSA or ULC approved portable campfire apparatus is permitted. Campfire pits are prohibited from being moved. Firewood can be purchased from New Old Town Cottages & RV Park for $5.00/bundle, approx. 8~9 kg. Campers may bring their own firewood. Foraging for any firewood of any kind at New Old Town Cottages & RV Park is strictly prohibited. Chainsaws are NOT permitted. Improper use of a campfire or a portable campfire apparatus may result in your eviction. ​**Generators** Only quiet run generators are allowed from 8am to 8pm only. It is the Caretakers discretion to determine if a generator is too noisy. If this is the case, you MUST turn your generator off. ​**New Old Town Cottages & RV Park Flora and Fauna** Under no circumstances is any registered camper or guest allowed to remove any flora (leaves, ferns, grasses, flowers, branches etc.….) from any place on the property. Under no circumstances is any registered camper or guest to tamper, injure, interfere, or intrude on any animal from any place on the property. Special note for wild animals. Be aware that there are many native wild animals who travel nearby. Do not leave any food, garbage, or pet food unattended or overnight outside. Secure your garbage in your vehicle at night. Be Deer aware. ​**​Garbage and recycling** Registered campers and their guests are to dispose of their own garbage. This includes, all food waste, empty alcohol containers, pet waste, and general garbage. All food waste must be disposed of in a proper garbage receptacle. For cigarette butts, cigars, etc.., all registered campers and their guests, must store butts in a safe, non-combustible receptacle. Any campsite with excessive amounts of garbage or damage as deemed by the caretaker will charged a clean up fee of $50.00. This includes excessive amounts of cigarette butts, cigars, etc. and nut and seed hulls left on the ground. ​**Vandalism** Any vandalism as deemed by the Caretaker will result in immediate eviction. This includes, but is not limited to, carvings/defacing on buildings, picnic tables, outhouses, benches, fences, and trees. Any excessive digging of holes on any part of New Old Town Cottages & RV Park. Any damage to any flora in the campground, in the forest and on the creek. Any damage to paths and roadways by hand or vehicles. ​**Pets** Pets are allowed at New Old Town Cottages & RV Park. Pets must always be leashed, there are no exceptions. All pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of properly in a proper garbage receptacle. The caretaker retains the right to refuse a pet access to New Old Town Cottages & RV Park if any pet is deemed aggressive by the caretaker. This is the caretaker’s sole discretion and must be adhered to. Do not allow your pet off leash at any time. This campground has dynamic pricing set and the price you pay for your site may vary depending on various factors set.
