MUNICIPAL CAMPGROUND REGULATIONS & RATES No person shall: (a) Deface or litter the park or park facilities, or their campsite during their stay; (b) Disturb their neighbors with undue noise and disruption between the hours of 11 pm and 7 am; © Allow their pets to roam unsupervised such that it disturbs the peace and enjoyment of other campers or the natural values of the park; (d) Allow dogs to run at large; dogs must be on a leash; (e) Leave fires unattended; (f) Stay more than 14 days; (g) Use the park for commercial purposes without the permission of the Village of Port Alice. (h) **Use non-licensed or un-insured motor vehicles in the campsite area.** Only one RV is permitted per campsite to a max of 6 people per site (unless booked on a group site). To ensure camper comfort, **generators will only be permitted if run responsibly and respectfully during the hours of 9:00 am to 9:00 pm** Any complaints will result in a request to discontinue use of the generator for the duration of your stay. All visitors must register with the Campsite Caretaker. All garbage must be securely bagged and placed in garbage disposal facilities provided. PARK RATES Waterfront Sites - $30 per night Non-Waterfront Sites - $20.00 per night Double Sites - $40.00 per night Group Site (up to 8 units) - $160.00 per night At this time, pre-booking with credit card is the preferred method of payment, although cash will be accepted at Link River Municipal Campground. • Personal cheques will not be accepted. Persons holding reservations must check in with the Campsite Caretaker by 6:00 pm or risk losing their campsite. Reservations may be made online at [https://letscamp.ca/camps/link-river-campground] Reservations can be modified online. Please note, if staff are required to revise your reservation, there will be an $8 change fee applied. • Checkout time is 11 am. Persons wishing to re-register must do so prior to checkout and site availability. • Firewood may be available for a fee from the Caretaker. Please obey fire bans. • Regional Parks, or portions thereof, may at any time be closed to the public for reasons such as fire, water or vandalism. *Persons violating any Park Regulation will be asked by the Campsite Caretaker to leave and may be barred from future use of the Park Campground. Disputes can be made in writing to the Village of Port Alice, Attn: Administrator, Box 130, Port Alice BC V0N 2N0 or by email to [email protected] attn: Administrator Refund Rules For a cancellation with a minimum 7 nights' notice, you will receive a refund of 100% minus the set reservation fee. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice prior to your arrival date, no refund will be awarded. Let's Camp's Refund Policy Let's Camp reserves the right to refund reservations that were canceled due to extraneous circumstances, such as public health orders or government mandates. Aside from these circumstances, Let's Camp's individual campgrounds have final authority over all cancellations and refunds, and are not required to give refunds for inclement weather, wildlife, air quality, fire bans, or other inconveniences. Modification of Terms Let's Camp and its individual campgrounds reserve the right to update their refund policies at any time in accordance with this provision.

About this campground

Link River is a spectacular campsite located amongst a dense forest of trees on the shores of Alice Lake and Link River. This campground offers amazing fishing, boating, swimming, and so much more. The campground is open year-round, with paid bookings required from May to October while our caretaker is on-site. From October to April enjoy free camping on a first come, first serve basis. Please be aware that during this time, the park is user maintained. Link River campground has seen substantial updates and expansion recently, including the creation of several new group sites & pull-through sites.

There are 2 sheltered BBQ areas, concrete boat ramp, beach, playground, horseshoe pits, axe throwing, Yardzee, and accessible washrooms. Propane firepits are available to rent (propane not included), and can be used during seasonal fire bans. There is no power, potable water, or sewer services. The scenic Village of Port Alice is a short drive away and offers everything you will need for an amazing camping experience. There is a grocery store, gas station, coffee shop, liquor store, golf course, restaurants, pharmacy, heath center, and marina with shower and laundry facilities. You will also find a free potable water and sani dump that is available 24/7.
