Please note campground reserves the right to change your site if needed.  Site selections will be confirmed at check in. Site reservations are based on 1 family per site, 2 adults and 4 children, One TENT or RV and 1 tow or towed vehicle per site, 1 additional children's tent may be allowed. DO NOT change sites without managements approval, a fee may be assessed for noncompliance. Please be courteous to other guests and respectful of the equipment and furnishings.  Parents and or guardians are responsible for the safety and actions of their children at all times.  Children are not to be left unattended at or in the washroom\shower facility. Open fires are allowed in fire rings only, firewood is available onsite, do NOT cut trees or brush anywhere on the property. Quiet hours are 11pm to 8am.  No unregistered guests during quiet hours, Campers are responsible for their guests. If music is enjoyed it must be contained to your site at all times and not disruptive to others. No “construction” type generators, must be a quiet style generator and shut down at quiet time. No washing of vehicles/RVs  You are responsible for any injury, damage or mess your pet makes, you must clean up after your pet at all times on resort property. Pets must be leashed and under your control at all times while on resort property. Pets must not be an annoyance ( ie: barking continually, jumping up on people, ect ), or a danger to the other occupants or visitors of the resort. The resort shall have no liability to family members or guests for any damage or injury to persons or property caused by any pet. We reserve the right to reject any pet. We reserve the right to charge guests accordingly for any damage they, their pets, their family or their guests cause to the grounds and facilities of the resort. The resort is not responsible for any damages to you or your equipment due to lightening, voltage spikes or drops, electrical down time ect, additionally we recommend the use of an EMS type surge protector between your RV and the power supply for maximum protection. Resort property is for recreational use only, events affecting utilities or services may result in a campground or campsite closure, please be prepared to return home. The resort reserves the right to amend, delete, revise or add additional rules in its sole discretion. Latibule Resort reserves the right to require without warning any camper or visitor to leave the campground for any reason deemed in the best interest of the resort or others, including but not limited to: disrupting others, aggressive actions or non-compliance of any of the above rules, no refunds will be given. By occupying a campsite or rental you agree to all of the above.
