Due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to make changes to lots/lanes reservations. *Cancellations:* Full refunds less a $75 administration fee. Cancellations must be received prior to August 1, 2026. No refunds will be issued after August 1, 2026. People leaving the Match early will NOT be reimbursed for the unused portion of their reservation. Guests remaining on their campsite after 12:00 pm on their scheduled checkout day will authorize us to charge the credit card on file for an additional day's camping fee. *Golf Carts / ATV’s / UTV’s Use:* For the health and safety of the operators and guest the Ontario Highway Traffic Act rules governing the operation of these vehicles will apply while on the grounds. OPP will be monitoring use and adherence to these regulations. Campers may only utilize the above motorized vehicles within the RV Park Grounds and **will not be allowed in Tented City**. A parking area will be designated near the entrance gate to Tented City. - No more than one person unless otherwise specified that the vehicle can legally accommodate more than one passenger. - Safety gear must be worn such as seat belts and helmets (where applicable_ - Maximum speed limit 10 kms/hr - The approved times for Campers operations of the vehicles on the grounds are from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. - No one under the age of 18 years can operate the above-mentioned vehicles on the grounds. - Campers operating these vehicles must have proof, on hand, of valid operator's license and insurance documentation while operating on the RV Park grounds -The above motorized vehicles are not permitted on the Tented City grounds. (IPM volunteers and staff may operate the above motorized vehicles with the RV Park and Tented City as and when required) - The campers that require mobility assistance to get around the RV Park and Tented City grounds will be permitted to operate their personal electric scooters, electric wheelchairs, etc… Any operator will be notified to leave should they not adhere to health and safety and to the rules and regulations. *RV Park Generator Operation: * - Only inverter generators will be allowed on site in the RV Park. Patrons may be asked to turn them off if use is loud or excessive. Please be respectful to all campers. - During the operation of the generator there must always be someone on the site to monitor. - Campers must have proper safety equipment on hand (fire extinguisher) while operating the generator - Refueling: Safety equipment (fire extinguisher, protective eyewear, etc) must be on hand during refueling. Generators must be turned OFF and allowed to cool prior to and while refueling . *Fires, Smoking, Consumption:* - No open wood fires (including propane fuel fire pits) are permitted anywhere in the RV Park. - Smoking permitted only on camper's site. Butts/ashes must be disposed of in a responsible manner. Remember, we are camping in a farmers field! - Responsible open-air consumption of personal alcoholic beverages is only allowed within the confines of each camping site. - Please ensure your smoke alarms work along with portable fire extinguishers Quiet Time: Quiet time is from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am *Pets:* - Pets must always be on a leash. The leash should be of appropriate length as to not impede on another RV Site. - Owners must pick up after their pets and dispose of pet waste in a responsible manner - Only service dogs are allowed in Tented City and/or the RV Park Entertainment tent. - Any animal bite/scratch/exposure MUST be reported to the RV Park Registration Office immediately *Camper Guest/Visitors Policy:* - All campers are asked to notify the RV Park Registration office if they expect visitors during the day or overnight. All visitors must be guests of a registered camper and will be required to sign in at the RV Park Registration Office. - Visiting hours are 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. No charge for guests during this time. Those wishing to enter Tented City will pay admission at the entrance gate to Tented City. - For the guests who are staying overnight the cost is $25 per person or $125 per week and includes admission to Tented City. Children under 16 are free in the RV Park however admission to Tented City will be $5.00 per child between the ages of 5-16 years old (paid at entrance gate to Tented City) - Guests must sign in and sign out every time the leave the grounds. - Visitors are asked to provide the following information - name, site where they are staying, vehicle information, length of stay. - Visitor vehicles must be parked in assigned parking *Sanitation, Garbage and Recyclables:* - Camper garbage/recycling collection from sites will commence every morning at 9:00 am beginning Tuesday September 22nd.. To deter unwanted nocturnal visitors, please refrain from putting out garbage the night before. - Outside of garbage collection time, please bring your garbage to the nearest sanitation bin provided. - Dump stations will be provided at check out at no cost to campers. - Site pump outs will be available through our service provider, coordinated by the camper and the provider at the cost of the camper. Provider will require 12 hours notice and payment is due upon booking. - On-site pump-out service will be available Tuesday, September 22nd - Saturday, September 26th. All campers are asked to arrange their RV pump-out at the RV Registration Office the day prior to service. Pump-out booking times are Monday, September 21st to Friday, September 25th from 7:30 am - 9:30 am and 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm. - Grey/black water dumping at camp sites is strictly forbidden and will be monitored by site and security staff. Violators may be subject to MOE and Health Unit enforcement. *Notes:* - RV Park gates will be locked between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am - Campers will be required to wear their wristbands for the duration of their stay. Worn or broken wristbands will be replaced at no additional charge through the RV Park Registration Office. Worn or broken wristbands must be presented for replacement. - IPM 2026 RV Park reserves the right to update or amend any RV Park rules. **Should any person(s) not adhere to these rules and regulations they may be subject to Provincial fines and may be ejected from all IPM grounds**.
