The room at the end of the hall features a King bed and a flat screen TV. The second upstairs room offers a King bed and the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. All 3 bedrooms are filled with natural light and provide gorgeous views from the windows. The full bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub. Over 1/2 Acre of Gated, landscaped grounds surround the cottage. The front circular driveway winds between a lovely garden, lawn and the front entrance. The backyard is a tree-lined hideaway, with views of forested hills in the distance. The backyard consists of a large, in-deck 6 person spa, dining patio with a state-of-the-art barbecue and smoker, chaise lounge chairs, decks, large lawn and woodsy lower area. This cottage is located at the top of a hill in a quiet, scenic neighborhood. It's only a ten minute walk down to Guerneville's shopping, dining, nightlife and the Russian River.
