1. **Check In/Out:** We welcome you on site any time after 1 pm but before 8 pm Monday thru Friday & between 1-4 on Saturday & Sunday. Should your site not be ready upon arrival, you are welcome to park in the overflow parking area and enjoy your day at the campground. Check out time is 11:00 am. Please see us if you would like to extend your stay. Speed limit is 10 KM/H maximum. 2. GUESTS visiting SEASONAL CAMPERS: Must be met by seasonal camper at the front gate and must be checked in prior to arrival. 3. **Parking:** NO PARKING ON THE GRASS! You may take your car near the area you are staying at to unload (park just off the road, slightly on the grass, while you unload only) and then all vehicles must be parked in the visitors parking areas, (outside the front gate, along the fence line and in the center area off of main street). NO VEHICLES ON SITES, nor in the family field area. 4. **Access to the park:** Should you wish to leave and return to the park during your stay you can RENT a temporary pass card for $20 which will be refunded to you upon your departure. (The card must be returned in the same condition it was given to you) 5. **Store Hours:** Our store hours are posted on the bulletin board at the main bathrooms and on the store window. 6. **Bathrooms:** Please note that the main bathrooms, which contain the COIN-OP showers, are closed from 11pm until 7am daily. There is an outhouse at the corner of Comfort Way and Main Street (diagonally across from the main washrooms) and a 24 hr washroom (no shower) beside the parking on Birch Road. Do not wash dishes, clothing, pets or other equipment in the washrooms. 7. **Site Cleanliness:** Please leave your site as you found it. We work hard to ensure your site is clean prior to your arrival, we ask you to do the same for the next patrons. 8. **Garbage: **There are two Garbage/Recycle dumpsters for your convenience located at the main gate, in the parking lot. You are to remove all garbage from your site upon checkout. Please do not place campsite garbage in the washroom, or the Rec. Hall. For your convenience, we offer VIP garbage services. At around 2-3 pm on Saturday (and Sundays of a long weekend) we will be driving around with a vehicle, pick up truck and/or a dump trailer, for you to put your garbage into. 9. **Campfires:** Each campsite includes a fire pit and picnic table, which are to remain on the site. Fire pits are not to be relocated on the site please. Campfires must be low by 11:00 pm. For the safety of all, please extinguish your fire completely before leaving your site or retiring for the night. Do not burn garbage in your fire pit. 10. **Wood:** There is an order from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency not to move firewood, fines are up to $50,000.00 for transporting infected wood. Dry firewood is for sale at the store. Outside firewood is NOT ALLOWED . Cutting, defacing or nailing/screwing into a tree at the park is prohibited. Please keep our trees healthy. Firewood is also part of our VIP services and we can bring it right to your site! Just tell the store and/or one of the staff. 11.** Pets:** We welcome your family pet, however we must insist that they are kept on a leash at all times. Pets are not permitted on the Sandy Beach, playground or washrooms. There is a Dog Beach to the right of the sandy Beach. Please discuss service animal access with management. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet (waste bags are available at the store) and are asked to keep barking, etc. to a minimum. If planning to use the off-leash dog run please see the office for the waiver to be signed. ALL DOGS MUST HAVE THEIR RABIES VACCINES. 12. **Children:** Children are the responsibility of their adults. Please ensure children are properly supervised at all times, especially around fires, cooking stoves, the playground and the Lake. (NO LIFEGUARD) 13. Beach: Swimming is at your own risk! NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult no younger than 16 years. Patrons must strictly follow the posted rules. Safety equipment is for Emergency Use Only. No rough play in the water or on any inflatable water toy (trampoline, NO jumping off of slide, etc.) 14. **Site Occupancy:** The sites are designed for 2 Adults and up to 3 children under the age of 16 with one sleeping structure (your RV); additional fees apply to additional people/tents. Daily visitors must register at the Campground Office and must leave the campground by 9:00 pm. All guests on site after that time will be charged an overnight fee. 15. **Smoking:** For the enjoyment of all, please be conscious of where you smoke. No smoking in any buildings or within ten feet of any doorway. Please ensure your butts find a garbage can, not a fire pit. Please note the non-smoking signs in front of the store and stage area and no smoking at the beach. 16. **Campground Etiquette:** We are a family campground. Noisy parties, profane language and excessive drinking will not be tolerated. Drinking to intoxication/illegal substances will result in immediate removal from the Campground. (NO REFUNDS) Please consider using plastic containers/cups and/or cans. All caps must be placed in the garbage, not in your campfire or on your site. Fireworks and torches are not permitted. Quiet time is from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am. 17. **Refunds:** there are NO REFUNDS. 18. **Maintenance:** Should you note something that requires our attention please see us at the Office. We are dedicated to making your stay as safe and enjoyable as possible. 19. **We do not assume liability for loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, accident or otherwise to the trailer or car or their contents, beyond our control.** 20. **Defibrillator:** In the unfortunate case where there is an emergency and there is a need for one it is located on the exterior wall of the main washrooms, to the left of the door to the mens’ washroom. 21.** Dumping Station:** Upon exiting the park, at the top of the hill, you will see our dumping station. After use please use the provided hose to clean off the surrounding area. This campground has dynamic pricing set and the price you pay for your site may vary depending on various factors set.

Graham Lake Oasis is situated on Graham Lake, in Mallorytown which is 5km North of Brockville, Ontario - Just 25 mins from the US/Canada border. Passing through and looking for a place to stay for the night? We have you covered! We are located a short 15 minute drive from the 401. Coming from the west you will take the Mallorytown exit (#675). Coming from the east you will take the Brockville exit (#696). We have spacious sites to fit all RV and motor home sizes - pull thru, pull in or back in sites.
