Grande Cache Campground

### Campground Rules and Regulations The Grande Cache Campground falls under the Municipal District of Greenview No. 16's Parks and Recreation Bylaw. A digital copy of the bylaw can be found here: https://mdgreenview.ab.ca/government/policies-and-bylaws/ **Camping** - All campers must register before setting up their camping accommodation. - The maximum permitted stay at the campground is 14 continuous days, excluding sites with monthly bookings. - Monthly sites must be booked through the campground. - One additional unit **(tent only)** is permitted per site, with a $25.00 fee per night plus tax/processing charge. - A maximum of 6 people are permitted per campsite. **Quiet and Peaceful Enjoyment** - Patrons shall not interfere with the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of the campground by others. - Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Generators shall be turned off unless required for medical reasons. - Dogs shall not be allowed to bark, howl, or make any other loud noise for a continuous period so as to unreasonably disturb the peace and tranquility of the campground. **Nuisances** - Patrons using the campground shall keep the land and improvements in a clean and tidy condition, satisfactory to a Peace Officer or Park Attendant. - Patrons vacating a Park shall restore the land and improvements as nearly as possible, to a clean and tidy condition. - Patrons shall only display or post approved signs or advertisements in the campground. - Patrons shall not deposit liquid or solid waste matter in the campground, except in a receptacle provided for that purpose by Greenview. **Damaging Property** - Patrons shall not remove, destroy, mutilate, deface, or misuse any property. - Patrons shall not construct unauthorized objects or buildings. **Animal Control** - Animals within the campground must be secured and/or restrained at all times. - Owners must clean up waste from animals. - Animals may be refused admission or required to be removed from the campground if it is not under the control of a responsible user or if it is a nuisance or damage to the life, safety, health, property, or comfort of any person or animal within the campground. **Open Flame Fires** - Greenview may prohibit the setting, lighting or maintaining or fires in the campground due to fire hazard. - Campfires are only permitted within provided fire pits. - Campfires may not be left unattended. - Fireworks are prohibited. **Liquor** - The consumption of liquor is only permitted within registered campsites. - The *Alberta Gaming, Liquor, and Cannabis Act* applies. **Off-Highway Vehicles** - The use of off-highway vehicles within the campground is prohibited. Failure to abide by these rules or other applicable legislation may result in penalties and/or eviction.
