French Bay on Cold Lake M.D. Park

**CANCELLATION POLICY** In the event that you have to cancel your reservation, please provide at least 72 hours notice, prior to your expected check-in. One night’s stay will be deducted from your camping fees for full or partial cancellations. Reducing your length of stay is considered a partial cancellation. Failure to notify the campground park attendant or manage your booking online within 72 hours prior to check-in will result in the loss of your entire camping fee. **A refund is NOT given for weather, wildlife, insects, water quality, fire bans, liquor bans, car trouble, getting lost, advisories (with the exception of a campground closure), or in the case of an eviction.** **RULES AND REGULATIONS (Highlights)** - No person shall interfere with the rights of others to the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of the park. - If generators are needed, please refrain from running your generators continuously throughout the day. - There will be zero tolerance for excessive noise from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. - Park guests are expected to maintain clean sites. Please use garbage bins for waste - not fire pits. Campsites left in an unacceptable condition may result in a fine of $200 - $400. - Alcohol is not allowed off of your assigned campsite at any time. - Cannabis is not allowed off of your assigned campsite at any time. - All dogs must be leashed AT ALL TIMES. Dogs are not allowed on the beach AT ANY TIME. Cleaning up after your pets is mandatory. - The swimming and playground areas are NOT supervised. Use at own risk. - Fireworks are prohibited in all M.D. Parks. - OHVs are prohibited inside of the park.
