About this campground
Set in the heart of the Spey valley in the hills above the charming village of Aberlour Elchies runs the largest meat goat herd in Scotland and a small herd of pedigree Ryeland and Ryeland cross sheep. We are small enough to be able to provide total care for our animals and provide exceptional levels of customer and community engagement through opening our farm to visitors and customers. We believe that quality is best measured on-the-plate and we have won a number of ‘Great Taste’ awards that support our vision. Many local Speyside producers share that vision and we host the Speyside Producers Market to connect our local Speyside farmers to our community. Our innovative and award winning ‘Virtual Farmers Market’ fully automated shop provides this connection between producers and the community 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.
