About this campground
Our amazing safari tent is a unique, cozy retreat, offering a luxury-level lodging experience in a natural setting. The retreat consists of a small group of 8 individual suite-style cottages, a 2-bedroom Bungalow, and 4 Glamping Safari-style tents. The family tent has two sleeping areas—one with a queen bed and the other with a bunk bed. It also features a sitting area with a couch and a rolling island, plus an outdoor covered patio. There are three Safari-style one-room tents, each with a queen bed, mini fridge, coffee maker, clothes storage, and a covered patio with outdoor furniture.

Cook on the shared BBQ grill under the Gazebo and sit by your own fire pit to gaze after a day of adventure in Newport and the surrounding areas of Bristol, Providence, and Little Compton. The tents are zippered and velcro closed, with both an outside waterproof flap and an inside light-filtering flap for your sleeping comfort. Each bed comes with linens and an extra blanket for those cool New England evenings. A Shared Bath House is steps away from the tents, featuring two full bathrooms with a shower, toilet, vanity sink, and a common area with towels, hairdryer, and clothes steamer—perfect for getting ready for a night on the town.
