Please respect the property of others. Do not cut through or trespass on other campers’ sites, even when unoccupied. Do not remove items from other sites. DECKS AND SHEDS: With prior consent from park management, decks built of solid wood or plywood and small metal/plastic sheds may be permitted on seasonal trailer sites, but both must be portable. Decks are to be a maximum of eight feet wide by the length of the trailer. Sheds must be constructed of metal, poly, or prefab wood with maximum dimensions of four by six feet. No fridges are permitted on decks. Saunas, portable saunas, hot tubs, and portable hot tubs are not permitted. ELECTRICAL: Electrical service is limited to 30 amps per site and must be connected with an approved RV cord. Air conditioning units must not be left running when the site is unoccupied. FEES: A seasonal agreement must be signed, and fees paid in full at the Town Office before the first Friday of June for seasonal occupancy. Otherwise, the trailer must be removed by the third Friday of June. FIREPIT AND FIREPLACE ASHES: Clean ashes (no garbage) from firepits or fireplaces must be placed in designated ash piles. Do not place ashes in dumpsters or the forest. FIRES: Campfires must be small (no higher than three feet) and kept away from buildings, underground service lines, and trees. Fires must be fully extinguished before being left unattended — no smouldering. Burning leaves, brush, or garbage is not permitted. Fire bans must be observed when posted. No daytime burning is allowed. FIREWORKS: Not allowed. FOUR-WHEELERS / SIDE-BY-SIDES: Campers must use caution when entering or exiting the park and be aware of pedestrians and children. “Joyriding” in the campground is prohibited. The Town maintains a waiting list. SEWAGE: Sewage, including grey water, must not be discharged onto the ground or into pits. Sanitary napkins, diapers, and similar items must not be flushed or placed in the campground sewage system. SITE CONDITION: Each seasonal camper is responsible for maintaining their site (e.g., grass cutting, tidiness).
