Located in Anzac Village, our space provides easy access to Nexen/Long Lake projects, the Anzac Day Use/Beach area, Gregoire Lake, and many other area amenities. Neighbourhood Highlights: Our home is located in Anzac Village — a very safe, quiet, and rural area. Nearby Amenities & Areas of Interest: 3 minutes to a Chevron gas station/convenience store/liquor store, and Pizza 73. 4 minutes to Anzac Pizza, Anzac Grocery, another liquor store, a recreation centre, and a full-service restaurant and bar with AMAZING food! 5 minutes to Windsurfers Beach. 7 minutes to the Anzac Day Use Area, beach, and boat launch. 9 minutes to Petro-Can and #468 First Nation Reserve.
