Enjoy the tranquility of your own 1 acre potrero located in the beautiful village of Caythorpe in the Trent Valley. 16 km northeast of Nottingham, Caythorpe has a water mill dating back to 1749 and two excellent pubs. The large neighboring village of Lowdham offers useful daily services along with direct rail and road connections to Nottingham and Newark on Trent. The picturesque commercial town of Southwell, often called "the jewel of the Nottinghamshire crown", houses the Grade 1 South Minster Cathedral, and is located just 11 km away. Its plot has its own private access and space for 1 vehicle. Please note that there are no services.
