About this campground
Bårdsgarden has a long tradition with tourists. It is now a self-service tourist cabin in collaboration with Trondhjem's Tourist Association. If you are a keen mountain walker, this is the right place. This is where the Tourist Association's marked routes start, which take you further into Trollheimen. If you want a fixed base for a few days to go on day trips, there are many options here, summer and winter. Storlidalen is an eldorado for skiing. There are many options for day trips, family trips and peak trips. Bårdsgarden is idyllically situated close to Ångardsvatnet. Here you can buy a fishing license, rent a boat and net.
