About this campground
Aaheim Camping is a family campsite with all year round operations, located at the Lesja Forest Water, one of the few lakes in Norway with two outlets. It has been a guest house and camping here since Easter 1927, and we have tents, cabins and places for cars and caravans, as well as year-round pitches for caravans. Lesja Forest has an inland climate with little rainfall and relatively hot summers, making it a good place to go camping. The campsite is also a great starting point for day trips. It is exciting for the whole family to explore islands on the water, perhaps even taking a overnight tour on one of the islands.

What about taking a day trip to Trollstien, Dalsida, Lordalen or Romsdalen, which is just a good half hour away by car. Tourers have many opportunities both summer and winter, and fishing interest can fish from land or in a boat in a fantastic fishing car, large fishing courses to fish, cabins and 3 cottages open sea.
