Campground Rules, Terms & Conditions Reservations & Payment - All reservations must be made through Let’s Camp or approved campground staff. - Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. - Campsites are assigned based on availability and may be adjusted by campground management if required. - Rates are subject to change without notice. Check-In & Check-Out - Check-in time is 12:00 PM (Noon). - Check-out time is 11:00 AM. - Early arrivals or late departures may be subject to additional fees and must be approved in advance. - Guests remaining past check-out time without approval may be charged an additional night. - Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellation and refund policies are governed through Let’s Camp booking policies unless otherwise stated. - No refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, or rule violations resulting in removal from the campground. - Management reserves the right to cancel reservations due to emergencies, unsafe conditions, or operational requirements. Campsite Use - Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of all members of their party and visitors. - Campsites must be kept clean and free of litter at all times. - Please respect neighboring campers by keeping noise levels reasonable. - Quiet hours are in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. - Excessive noise, disorderly conduct, or intoxication will not be tolerated. Fires & Fire Safety - Fires are permitted only in designated fire pits provided by the campground. - Fires must never be left unattended. - Guests are responsible for ensuring fires are fully extinguished before leaving the site or retiring for the evening. - Burning garbage, construction materials, pallets, or prohibited materials is not allowed. - Fire bans issued by the Province of Alberta, the Town of Provost, or campground management must be followed immediately. - Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Vehicles & Parking - Vehicles must remain within designated parking areas. - Do not park on grass, roads, or vacant campsites unless approved. - Speed limits within the campground must be obeyed at all times. - Operation of unlicensed or unsafe motorized vehicles is prohibited. Pets - Pets are welcome but must remain leashed and under control at all times. - Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately. - Aggressive or disruptive animals may result in removal from the campground. Shower House & Facilities - Shower house access code: 2134. - Please help keep washrooms and shared facilities clean. - Children using facilities must be supervised by an adult. - Report any maintenance concerns to campground staff promptly. Visitors - Visitors must comply with all campground rules. - Guests are responsible for the actions and behavior of their visitors. - Management reserves the right to limit or deny visitor access. Safety & Liability - Guests use campground facilities at their own risk. - The campground, Town of Provost, and its staff are not responsible for loss, theft, injury, damage, or accidents occurring on-site. - Guests are responsible for securing personal belongings and valuables. - Any damage caused to campground property by guests or visitors may result in repair charges. - Removal From Campground Management reserves the right to remove any guest or visitor without refund for: Failure to follow campground rules Excessive noise or disruptive behavior Illegal activity Damage to property Unsafe conduct Harassment or threatening behavior toward staff or other guests Emergency & Contact Information If you require assistance during your stay, please contact: Jack: 780-209-4290 Town of Provost Office: 780-753-2261 By booking and staying at the campground, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with all campground rules, terms, and conditions.
