About this campground
The Spiekeroog campsite is located about three kilometers from the village center, nestled in unique nature. It's one of Europe's most beautiful natural campsites. The campsite is right behind the dunes and has its own beach section. It features a kiosk for daily needs, a central barbecue area, play equipment, and a football field. Whether you're alone or in a group, it's a great place for a peaceful holiday. The campsite has a sanitary building with toilets and showers with hot and cold running water. There are also outdoor sinks and two washing machines available. There are no cooking facilities, only a central barbecue area with a fixed grill that everyone can use.

You're welcome to set up your own grill there, but only there. The campsite is in the middle of sensitive dunes, so there's a significant risk of dune fires, especially in summer. There's a well-stocked kiosk on site where you can get everything you need for camping, from food and gas bottles to fresh breakfast rolls. You can contact the kiosk at 04976-554. The beach section, which is guarded by the DLRG, is about a twenty-minute walk along the beach. It's about as far as the walk along the mudflats to the village. Bellstedt Logistics (Tel. 04976-215) can transport your luggage directly from Spiekeroog harbor if you wish. This paid service should be reserved in advance. The campsite has many regular guests, so it's recommended to reserve early for the summer holidays. Please use the booking form and send it to [email protected] or by fax to 04976-9193-213.
