Welcome to Woodlawn Regional Park & Boundary Dam! While we hope you enjoy your time here with us we would like to inform you of the following rules that apply within our parks. Violations of the following rules may result in fees being charged for damage of park property, eviction from the regional park or the involvement of local law enforcement if necessary. All rules are at the full discretion of Park Management. # ******CANCELLATION POLICY ** ***REFUND POLICY******* - 48 hours notice (prior to your check in time of 2pm) is required to receive a refund, except during July, August and all long weekends. - A $15.00 Cancellation Fee will be applied. If proper notice is not given, there will be no refund. # - Any bookings made for long weekends, or in the months of July and August are NON-REFUNDABLE. **PARK RULES ** 1. All CAMPERS will be given the park rules and these will be signed and dated with a copy kept in office. 2. SWEARING, VERBAL ABUSE or ABUSE of any kind towards park staff is ZERO TOLERANCE and will result in immediate eviction from our parks. 3. CHECK IN TIME is 2:00pm and CHECK OUT TIME is 11:00 am. Failing to checkout prior to 11am will result in additional charges. 4.SPEED- MAXIMUM SPEED throughout our parks is 10-20km/hr. Speed limits are strictly enforced. CHILDREN are constantly running, riding and playing throughout the park. For safety of our park children PLEASE DRIVE SLOW! 5. PARK & BOAT PASSES are to be purchased for each vehicle & boat entering the park and VISABLE at all times for the gate staff. ALL VISITORS ENTERING THE PARK MUST HAVE A DAILY PASS PURCHASED OR A SEASONAL- SHOULD YOU NOT HAVE YOUR PASS WITH YOU, YOU WILL PAY THE DAILY RATE AT THE GATE HOUSE. NO EXCEPTIONS OR EXCUSES! ALL GOLFERS & GUN RANGE MEMBERS ENTERING THE PARK WILL BE REQUIRED TO DO THE SAME 6. GARBAGE & RECYCLING collection sites will be identified and all campers will be responsible to remove garbage from their rented sites and take to the GFL bins. NO BURNING OR DUMPING OF GARBAGE IN FIRE PITS 7. PARKING is not permitted in any area other than your rented site. Parking is not permitted in any unoccupied sites. Vehicles are to park on graveled sections NOT on grass unless authorized by Park Management. Vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense. 8. QUIET TIME is between 11:00pm and 7:00am. No loud or excessive noise is permitted between these hours. It is advised for children to be in their camp sites by 11:00pm. Failure to reduce noise or adhere to any park rules by the park staff may result in eviction from the park or involvement of law enforcement without refunds. 9. LOUD MUSIC or NOISE OF ANY KIND (that can be heard at other camp sites) is not permitted at any time of the day. 10. SATELLITE DISHES- are only allowed within your designated camping site. 11. FIRES are only permitted in approved fire pits and must be attended at all times. A connected water hose must be available to extinguish fires when necessary. Fires must be completely extinguished before leaving them. Fire Pits are in designated marked areas-DO NOT MOVE FIRE PITS. Seasonal campers are required to bring their own fire pits. 12. DOGS AND PETS MUST be in hand of their owners at all times and on a leash or tether within sites. Owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet droppings. Pets are NOT permitted on the beach. 13. WATERING GRASS- If you would like to water the grass or plants in your sites you can do so with the NON-POTABLE water tap in your site. Watering with City Water is NOT Permitted. This is zero tolerance and could result in eviction. 14 .WATER AREAS INCLUDING BOUNDARY DAM LAKE AND SOURIS RIVER are unsupervised. Unstable shorelines are a danger at both parks and campers are urged to stay away from shore lines with the exception of the Beach. Please know where your children are at all times to keep them safe from danger. 15. BEACH area is unsupervised. There is NO lifeguard on duty. Campers swim at their own risk and must be responsible for their children at all times. Please note that there is also a Lifejacket Loaner Station on the beach that is open from 8:30am-7:30pm on a daily basis for park patrons to use for their own safety and return when done using. 16. TREES are not to be chopped, cut or altered in any way without the direct permission of the park management. Any cutting or damaging of trees will result in the offender being charged for the replacement and may result in eviction 17. FIREWORKS, FIREARMS OR EXPLOSIVES of any kind are not permitted in the park. 18. ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES- quads, mini-bikes, etc., are NOT permitted in the park. 19. GOLF CARTS are permitted and MUST be operated by a person with a valid Saskatchewan Driver License. You may be fined or evicted from the park for dangerous driving of a golf cart or driving a golf cart without a valid Saskatchewan Driver License. No Alcohol permitted on golf cart while driving. 20. CAMP SITES must be supervised by an adult at all times, and MUST NOT BE SUB LEASED or used by more than one camper without permission. Additional campers may be permitted at the regular camping rates. If you are pulling out for a period of time, you may not permit other to use your site without registering with the park and paying the regular camping rates for the new user.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Woodlawn Regional Park is a place for families and visitors to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, NO May Long Weekend Parties will be permitted in our Parks. Anyone found hosting or participating in large parties will be evicted from the Park immediately. Thanks for choosing to stay with us at Woodlawn Regional Park! This is one of our Park locations and it offers access to Boundary Dam Reservoir.
