About this campground
Wilsumer Berge Camping, a large-scale German campsite, is nestled in a beautiful nature reserve less than twenty kilometres from the Dutch border, near Coevorden and Hardenberg. Surrounded by forests, heather fields, and valleys, the campsite offers a setting for a relaxing camping holiday. The campsite is open and spacious, with pitches at different levels due to the hilly terrain. Some pitches are elevated, others are around large, open grassy areas with play facilities for children. The absence of marked out or fenced pitches enhances the sense of spaciousness and offers far-reaching views.

Just 15 minutes from the border, the campsite is adjacent to a natural lake with a beach and waterslide. The lake provides a safe bathing area for little ones and a beach for sunbathing. The campsite offers an entertainment programme filled with fun activities for children, including theatre shows, treasure hunts, and sports competitions. These activities are available from March and during every school holiday. If the weather is uncooperative, activities move to the Adventure hall at the campsite. In summary, Wilsumer Berge Camping offers the best of both worlds: a tranquil nature setting and a fun-filled holiday experience.
