About this campground
You'll camp on a high pasture about 40 meters from the "Tree of Dreams" on a 200-square-meter site. The location offers one of the most beautiful views in the central Black Forest; in good weather, you can even see the Vosges Mountains. You'll see cows and horses up close, and foxes and rabbits will greet you. By the way: You can "immortalize" your dreams/wishes on the Tree of Dreams. Watch how it's done :-) It's a very quiet spot with a fantastic view of the Black Forest, and in good weather, even the Vosges Mountains. The site has a slight natural incline. Possible activities Mountain bikers will find a paradise around the area here in the central Black Forest.

Or would you like to explore a real Black Forest silver mine? Visit the "Grube Wenzel" visitor mine in Oberwolfach. You can climb at the Hornberger Platte, and the Vogtsbauernhöfe open-air museum in Gutach offers a wealth of information about Black Forest life and culture. Other things A hut with a playground is about a 10-minute walk away. The Hirschgrund Zipline is about a 15-minute drive away. The Hirschgrund Zipline Area is nestled in the magnificent natural landscape of the Kinzig Valley. The course, with seven tracks, takes you on a circular route over steep slopes and valleys, hills, and streams. The ziplines are connected by platforms and scenic paths.
