The WasserWanderRastplatz Kanuhaus Demmin is a family-run, highly skilled, and lovingly managed water hiking rest area. It's located at Peenekilometer 32 and offers canoe and bicycle rentals. The rest area welcomes paddlers, rowers, cyclists, campers, and motorhome enthusiasts. The facilities are well-equipped to meet all needs. There's a camping meadow with a fire pit and barbecue area, a playground, toilets, showers, and even a guest kitchen. There are also two motorhome/caravan pitches with electricity. Cars can be parked in the parking lot during the paddling tour. For daily activities, there are four directions possible on the water, and a pick-up service is offered. Demmin is an ideal starting point for bike tours, as well as a retreat for explorations towards the Baltic Sea or Mecklenburg Lake District.
