Villa Minica' mit tollem Seeblick

The cozy mini-hut is a treasure in every season. It is located so wonderfully off the road and is yet easy to reach - from the village on foot via a little busy road and gravel road in about 30 min. (it is 1.5 km) - overlooking the upper part of Lake Como and the imposing mountain scenery. In the village there is a pizzeria/restaurant/bar, a "ante-emma shop" and a small weekly market. Many elements of the interior decoration of this hut were created in collaboration with the sculptor, artist and carpenter Jörg Großhaus [https://www.joerggrosshaus.de/] out of some already existing furniture and objects ... so to speak. It is available to you a wood stove, with which you can heat in winter.
