Refunds – Refunds will be issued for cancellations by the campground/golf course in the event of community emergency. Refunds in relation to poor weather will not be issued unless the campground/golf course is closed by clubhouse/grounds or executive staff due to extreme weather conditions. If you are wishing to cancel your stay or part of your stay please speak with the Clubhouse supervisor to arrange for a refund if eligible. If you are asked to leave due to not complying with any of the campground rules no refund will be issued. No-Shows: If you have not checked-in at the campground by 11 am the day after your scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of your late arrival, you will be deemed a “No-Show”. Your reservation will be cancelled with a penalty cost for the missed night and your campsite will be made available to other guests. Arrivals and Departures – Guests can arrive to their site by 12pm if the site is cleaned and ready to receive guests, otherwise standard check in time is 2pm. All guests are asked to check out of their site by 11am for cleaning of the site. If you require a later check out time please speak with the clubhouse attendant. If the site is not going to be occupied by another guest that day we can accommodate a later checkout by 4pm. Camp site cleanliness – Guests are expected to clean up their garbage, recycling and belongings from the site. There is a dumpster near the clubhouse and trash cans located in the camping area. Please be aware that wild animals do frequent the area and excessive garbage will attract them. If staff feel that the site is a risk the permit holder will receive a warning, if the mess is not contained and cleaned up the staff reserve the right to cancel the reservation and the camper will forfeit any paid nights. Camp site noise/behaviour - Guests are expected to be respectful of other campers. Noise is to be kept to a minimum after 11pm unless the entire campground is rented by your group.
