The "VENNtastic Beach Butgenbach" bathing area with sandy beach is equipped with a sunbathing lawn, playground and beach soccer field. There is also a sun island, a 5-metre-high climbing iceberg and a 7-metre-diameter trampoline. Opening hours are in July and August. There are more than 20km of slopes running through the forested hilly and open mountainous landscape. There is another restaurant on the edge of the reservoir, however, this restaurant does not belong to Holiday Park Worriken. Surroundings Holiday park Worriken In the vicinity of Worriken Holiday Park you will find all kinds of things that will make your stay even more enjoyable. Nearby you will find a supermarket and miniature golf, the start of several ski slopes, surfing, kayaking, canoeing, hiking and cycling trails. There is also a market every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month about 1.5 kilometres from the park. There is plenty to see and do in the area. For example, visit the town of Malmedy with its paper and carnival museum, visit the Circuit Spa-Francorchamps or spend a day at Coo amusement park.
