About this campground

Soldier Creek Campground occupies a scenic location on the shore of Strawberry Reservoir in the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest at an elevation of 7,200 feet. The large facility offers over 150 single and double-family campsites plus a group shelter that accommodates up to 100 people. Camping spurs are spaced 50-75 feet apart across four loops connected by paved roads. Loop A provides the best shade from mature pines and aspens with some covered picnic tables, while loops B, C, and D sit nearest the reservoir with less natural shade but covered tables and privacy screens to block wind.
