There are 7 year-round, winterized accommodations with private indoor facilities and heat, and 5 seasonal accommodations with private outhouses and communal outdoor kitchens, showers (hot water!), and dining. While there are communal gathering spaces on the property, each accommodation has it’s own privacy and it’s own picnic table, charcoal grill and firepit. Guests are encouraged to spend time interacting with our sheep, goats, alpacas and chickens, and perusing our 24-hour self-service Barn Shop. There is a spring-fed, swimmable pond on the property as well as a communal sauna, accessible by all guests. There is also a Rails-to-Trails hiking trail accessible from the property which leads to a park with a lake and children’s playground and to the neighboring hamlet of Mountaindale.
