About this campground
Selected because it has a charming olde worlde feel. As you drive into this little site, you are welcomed by a view of an avenue of chestnut trees leading to a beautiful Napoleon III château. One of the towers dates back to the 16th century when the rest of the château was destroyed during the French Revolution and rebuilt in the 19th century. The beautiful stonework and shutters are dominating features. Situated 35km south of Tours in the heart of the Loire Valley, the pitches are laid out in a verdant park in the shade of a big cedar tree. It is a quiet spot ideal for a peaceful holiday.
