About this campground

Unwind at Trelew Farm for your perfect bed and breakfast holiday in CornwallLocated just off the beaten track between Penzance and Land’s End, Trelew Farm offers you peaceful countryside and is within easy reach by car of all aspects of the stunning peninsular of West Cornwall. The area is famed for its golden sandy beaches, clear blue–green seas, breathtaking coastal walks, myriad galleries and fascinating archaeological past, from the Neolithic era to the industrial archaeology of tin mining. We even have a stone circle, Boscawen–un, close by, which has been described as ‘one of Cornwall’s finest’ and has an outer stone made of almost pure quartz.

There is so much to do in West Cornwall, and our facilities are so enjoyed by guests that one holiday will never be enough, which is why many regularly return. You can walk along the coastal paths or through wooded valleys, cycle along the country lanes (we have bicycles for visitors’ use), laze or play in the soft sand on Sennen or Porthcurno beaches, or at one of the many secluded coves, or ride the wild waves on your body board or surfboard. You can watch a production at the world–famous Minack Theatre on the cliffs at Porthcurno and explore St Michael’s Mount or the seaside towns of St Ives, Penzance and Marazion. The stunning subtropical garden of Trengwainton is easy to reach, as is Trewidden, and the fascinating Trevarno is not far away, with its Museum of Gardening and range of organic handmade soaps and skincare products made on the Estate. The bright and airy rooms have been luxuriously decorated and furnished. They are fresh and cool in the summer but centrally heated in chillier weather. We pride ourselves on the quality of our breakfasts, using produce from our own working farm as well as home–made preserves – and, with notice, we can cater for any diet. We invite you to relax in our comfortable garden or wander along our own nature trail on a summer’s evening. Or you can amble around the farm and see the chickens, ducks, horses and ponies and our Holstein–Friesian dairy cows.
