We are just 7 minutes from downtown Beeville, 2 minutes from TDCJ Garza, and 3 minutes from Chase Field. You'll never be late for work, and you can even come home for lunch! Our lots are HUGE, starting at 35x65 feet for just $450 per month, and we also offer 45x65 foot lots for only $470 per month. Plus, our rates include electric, wifi, water, and sewer - everything you need to make your stay comfortable and convenient.
