About this campground
An attractive coastal farm park, Tapapakanga has a rich Maori and European history and offers an accessible, pohutukawa edged beach on the western shores of the Firth of Thames. Located on Deery's Road, this dedicated campervan site offers two locations on the Tapapakanga Stream and Kaparanui Stream. The sites offer shady stream-side camping. To camp at this site a fully self contained certificate is required as there are no toilets. Limited water is available on site for drinking (boil for 3 minutes).
